For the past six years, I’ve designed brands, marketing websites, e-commerce platforms, and operational systems that shape how organizations attract customers, sell products, and deliver services.
I work at the intersection of product, engineering, and business operations. Most recently, I led UX initiatives at Viewrail, a national stair and railing manufacturer serving both B2C and B2B customers. I designed across legacy systems and web platforms that support high-value purchases and the operational workflows behind them.
My work focusses on turning complexity into clarity. I help teams understand how their systems actually function, what users need to accomplish, and where friction is costing time, revenue, or trust.
